  • Most sessions are scoped around your goals, not the clock. We wrap when the work is done. That said, I'm respectful of both your time and mine. Sessions are planned with intention so we're not spending time on things that don't serve the outcome.

    Approximate timeframes are listed for some services and a timeline is confirmed during your planning conversation.

  • As many as you'd like. There's no limit. We'll work through what makes sense for your goals and use what serves the shoot best.

  • Session rates cover photography and video as outlined in each package. Sessions are subject to additional fees (for example: Location rental fees, permits, and any third party location costs), these are not included and will be invoiced separately if applicable. This will always be communicated before anything is confirmed.

  • On a limited basis. Real estate media is available for luxury listings and high-end properties or when branding is incorporated into the listing shoot. These are handled through a separate inquiry. Reach out directly to discuss availability and pricing.

  • Yes. Longer form video including YouTube content, property walkthroughs, and story-driven video series can be built into a Content Partnerships arrangement. Reach out to discuss what that could look like for your business.

  • I work with a wide range of professionals and businesses and take every inquiry seriously.

    That said I maintain a selective client list and reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside the scope of what I do or don't align with my values as a business. If you're unsure whether we're a fit, reach out — I'll always be honest and respectful with you.

  • All sessions include commercial and editorial usage rights for the booking party — covering websites, social media, portfolios, publications, and marketing materials. Third parties involved in a project, such as contractors or trade partners, require separate licensing to use the imagery. If you have questions about usage reach out before your session.

  • Turnaround varies by scope and is confirmed during your planning or strategy call. You'll always know what to expect before shoot day.
