Site Capture is for finished spaces and progress shoots that need strong, clean images without a production day. Book directly, no strategy call needed.
Project Feature is for the project that deserves deeper coverage — multiple rooms, a stronger narrative, and video woven into the story. Begins with a strategy call to map out the shoot before we show up.
Editorial is for the project that needs to be perfect. Controlled, detail-driven, and edited to a higher standard than any other tier. Also begins with a strategy call. This is where we slow down and get every frame right.

Every shoot is calm, focused, and guided.
Site Capture moves efficiently. The space gets documented with intention and care. The shoot will not have tethering with live review, just focused coverage and strong, purposeful images delivered.
Project Feature and Editorial include more room for perfecting images. We work through the space together, there's live image review as we go.
Editorial goes further — a defined shot list, controlled pacing, and a level of precision that every other tier steps back from. A trained team member may assist on site for editorial shoots. In addition to photography, you may consider hiring a stylist to further enhance the quality of the final images. -
Your final images and video are delivered together in one online gallery, easy to access, share and download.
All sessions include commercial and editorial usage rights for websites, portfolios, social media, publications, and marketing materials for the booking party.
One thing worth knowing: your images are yours to use. They are not automatically available to contractors, installers, trade partners, or other third parties involved in the project.
If others want to use the imagery, separate licensing is required. This protects the value of your investment and ensures your work is represented on your terms. If you have questions about usage or licensing after delivery, reach out. I'm happy to walk through it.

Project Feature - $1,500

For the project that deserves deeper coverage. We move through the space with intention, build a visual story across multiple rooms, and incorporate video where it strengthens the narrative. This is also well suited for luxury short-term rentals and high-end real estate listings that need to stand out.

Editorial - $4,000

For the project that needs to be perfect. A controlled, detail-driven shoot built around a defined shot list. Every frame is carefully composed and edited to a higher standard — built for publication submissions, award entries, and flagship portfolio work.
